About SICAFI

Torre Ocidente is a limited liability company that was converted into a SICAFI in 2022. It holds a single asset, the Torre Ocidente, one of two office buildings located in Centro Colombo. With an immediate access to the subway and a visibility from the biggest circulation axles of Lisbon, the "TOC" is one of the most emblematic towers of the city. It has 27,000m2 of offices divided in super-efficient 2000m2 floors. In January 2023, the TOC is the headquarters of BNP Paribas, which occupies almost exclusively the areas of the building.
