SOUTHCAP – Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Coletivo is a public limited company that received approval from the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) on May 19, 2022. Its primary function is the investment and management of real estate assets held through funds and Sicafis, specializing in office assets located in Lisbon.
