Founder of SOUTH Group & Chairman of the Board of Directors
Prior to SOUTH, Elizabeth was Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Unibail-Rodamco, and was responsible for the company's corporate development and investment and divestment processes around the world. Elizabeth speaks French, English, Portuguese and German.

Partner of SOUTH Group & Executive Director
A lawyer in Paris and New York, Swan joined the South group in May 2016 as a legal officer and became a partner in 2018. Swan speaks French, English, Portuguese.
Ana Capão
Executive administrator and head of Finance & BackOffice
Ana graduated in business with a specialization in auditing and an executive degree in Performance and Management Controlling. She started her career at Deloitte and has, over the last 20 years, built a strong career in leading finance roles in multinational companies in the FMCG, Logistics & Real Estate sectors. Ana has a strong track record in implementing new businesses and integrating new companies, having participated in various corporate development operations (mergers, acquisitions, and scissions). She has built a strong experience in defining procedures and clear pathways to lead finance operations. On May-22, Ana was appointed to the board of directors, with an executive mandate over the Finance, HR, IT, and Back Office departments.
Ana Cláudia Marques

Officer
Ana is currently a trainee lawyer with a degree in Law, with knowledge in several areas, namely financial and tax law, gdpr, money laundering and compliance in the context of management companies of collective investment undertakings.
The pillars of her work are professional ethics and hard work. He began his professional career as a lawyer in a multinational traffic offenses company, where he later took on the role of coordinating operations in Portugal. In recent years she has worked in real estate law, focusing on collective investment schemes in the legal and compliance areas, at SILVIP SGOIC S.A. and Insula Capital SGOIC S.A. Ana has been a member of SOUTHCAP SGOIC, S.A since January 2023.
Ana Mana
Senior Property Manager
Ana has a master's degree in civil engineering and is an expert appraiser registered with the CMVM. She has more than a decade of experience in the real estate market, namely in the management of several real estate investment funds with residential buildings (rental and construction), offices and logistics. She was responsible for several investment funds during her 5-year stint at Norfin, SGOIC, with around 500M EUR under management, and was also involved in one of its most iconic funds, FIIAH, with more than 5,000 residential units under management. She joined South in 2019 as Property Manager, being responsible for the management of some enigmatic buildings in Lisbon, and is currently in charge of real estate appraisals at SOUTHCAP SGOIC, S.A.
Claúdia Fernandes
Head of Property Management
Cláudia has a degree in Law and a post-graduate degree in Real Estate Law. She has more than 20 years' experience in Property Management, mainly in office buildings and shopping centers. Cláudia has managed several important and emblematic assets in the Lisbon office market and successfully led the implementation of real estate management processes in many office buildings, namely during her 10-year career at CBRE. She joined South in 2017 as head of Property Management, overseeing the quality of the services provided and ensuring that SOUTHCAP SGOIC, S.A. 's standards of excellence are met.
Duarte Cayatte
Controller
Duarte has a degree in Business Finance, having acquired knowledge in the areas of financial management and investment analysis. He worked for 2 years as Controller in a company exporting materials for the façades of large buildings in countries such as France, Belgium, Sweden, Norway and the USA. In 2022, he joined the management control team at SOUTHCAP SGOIC, S.A. He is currently also part of the Investment team, involved in the Group's acquisitions and sales processes.
João Leitão
Junior Finance Controller
João has a degree in economics from ISCTE-IUL, having worked in the financial controlling area, for a period of one year, at Siemens. He joined South in July 2023.
Marta Silva
Finance and Admin. Assistant
Marta has over 30 years in office and team management, including 10 years at a condominium management company (Bazin), accumulating a wealth of experience in real estate. Marta has transitioned to join South in 2021.
Mafalda Pereira
Accounting Assistant
Mafalda has expertise in accounting and taxation. She started her professional experience at Neyond before joining South in July 2023.
Marisa Fernandes
Accounting Manager
Marisa has been a chartered accountant since 2016 and has worked in accounting firms and the Boticario group. She has a high degree of knowledge in accounting in the regulated and non-regulated universes. Marisa joined South in 2020.
Sonia Baptista
Accounts Receivable & OM
Office Manager, Collections & Accounts Receivable - A graduate of ISCEM - Instituto Superior de Comunicação Empresarial, Sónia has over 20 years' consolidated professional experience as a financial and management assistant.
Having worked in areas as diverse as law, the automotive sector and construction, we are certain that Sónia is an excellent addition to our team, and that joining the South group will allow her to embrace a new challenge that will contribute to her development.
Rafael Inácio
Reporting Manager
Rafael has a degree in accounting, tax and finance, with a specialization in these areas from ISEG. Rafael worked for 4 years in the accounting and tax departments of PKF. Rafael joined SOUTHCAP SGOIC, S.A in 2022.

Sofia is a civil engineer with 14 years' experience, including 11 years as a Property Manager in the real estate industry (retail, residential and office management). Sofia was Country Technical Manager at Klepierre Management Portugal, and Senior Property Manager at HIPOGES. Sofia has worked at SOUTHCAP SGOIC, S.A since 2022.
Sofia Reis
Chartered Accountant
With more than 20 years' experience as a chartered accountant, Sofia worked for many years at the Espírito Santo group and at PKF (an auditing, accounting, tax and business consulting services company). Sofia has accumulated a robust knowledge of the real estate and regulatory business in its accounting and tax aspects. Sofia has been working at SOUTHCAP SGOIC, S.A since 2019.
Tiago Coito
Risk Manag. & Comp. Officer
Tiago has a degree in Law and a post-graduate degree in Tax Law. His professional experience began with a partnership between Universidade Católica and Banco de Portugal. He then gained 13 years' experience at an SGOIC, where he worked as a Legal Adviser and Compliance Officer. With a brief stint in the automotive market, Tiago joined SOUTHCAP SGOIC, S.A in 2023 to return to the regulated market as Compliance Officer, bringing with him his experience and know-how.

With a degree in Civil Engineering from institutions such as the Instituto Superior Técnico, Isabel has extensive experience in the management of classified heritage and in-depth knowledge of sustainability efforts in a corporate context and ESG metrics.
Her arrival reinforces our skills in the area of environmental responsibility, one of SOUTHCAP SGOIC, S.A.'s strategic priorities, and we are certain that her contribution will be essential for us to continue innovating and promoting good practices in all our projects.

Before joining SOUTHCAP SGOIC, S.A., Patrícia's career path included working as an accounting assistant and later as a financial and auditing assistant in the real estate investment area.
With a degree in Management and Accounting from institutions such as ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and ISCAL-Lisbon Accounting and Business School, Patrícia will now have the opportunity to apply the knowledge she has acquired in the various areas where she has previously worked and where she has contributed to the development of our operations.
Sebastião Andrade

A recent graduate in Business Management from Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa, Sebastião is very excited about entering the job market to put into practice everything he has learned and consolidate the knowledge he has acquired over the last few years.
